Turn your favourite picture into the perfect custom artwork in just a few simple steps.
GET IN TOUCH
It all starts with a message! Tell me exactly what you envision for your artwork - the more you tell me about your personal preferences, tastes, and concerns, the more I can adhere to them. Send a photo or image you'd like me to use as reference. Keep in mind: a good reference photo will make the difference between a good portrait, and a GREAT portrait. If you are not exactly sure which photo would be best to use, feel free to send me a couple.
Please commission your portrait well in advance, especially if you are ordering for a special occasion. If the artwork is needed within a time frame of 2 weeks, a rush fee is available.
WE MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Once we've arrived at a size, subject, composition, etc., I can give
you an estimate of the final price for your commission. Not to worry, requesting a quote is totally free of charge.
When you decide to go ahead, you pay 50% of the total price beforehand to confirm your commission. This deposit is required to begin your project, as it reserves your place on my calendar.
The second half of the payment is due upon completion of the artwork.
THE WORK IN PROGRESS
​After confirming your order, I will give you an estimated time frame of when you can expect the finished piece. Depending on size and complexity, the lead time for finalizing a commission is 3 to 12 weeks (plus shipping time), unless otherwise indicated.
Then I officially get to work! I will send you regular updates as your portrait takes shape, so you can see it transform from a few pencil lines or brush strokes to a fully developed artwork. This way you will also be part of the final look and feel of your finished custom piece.
ENJOY YOUR ARTWORK
Upon completion of the artwork, the payment balance is due in full prior to shipping. Your commission is shipped within 24 hours after finalization. Commissions can be ordered across the globe, but please note that shipping and delivery costs depend on your location.
